“Unbelievable customer service and professional knowledge even to non-customer!!! Right off the bat, Heather knew her FL company couldn't help my out-of-state situation; yet she spent her time offering me direction, tips, pointers, pointing me to national testing lab and national organizations which may be able to provide environmental test kit and consultants in my state to help me with the vapor invasion situation at my town home. She even helped me understand a bit on everything from typical airflow of building, firewall building code, construction layout of high density residence... I was so lucky to have run into her on the phone today. The information she gave me will save me hours of researching and/or looking for it online. Heather is a true rarity.”
“UES is great! They are super knowledgeable, pay attention to detail, and are extremely thorough. Heather explained the whole process to us, was very attentive and responsive throughout the whole process. The assessors that came to our house were very thorough and knowledgeable. We got a detailed report from our inspection and are so happy we chose this company! ”
